S7 – Tournament of Champions
Have you ever wondered who the best team in VDL actually is? Don’t you wish you could know if Monday’s champ could beat Thursday’s champ? Finally, we are about to find out who the best truly is. The Vancouver Dodgeball League is proud to present its first ever Tournament of Champions!
What it is: The Tournament of Champions is a tournament featuring each division’s top four teams from the playoffs, including the top four team from the Coquitlam Dodgeball League. The teams that qualified would have received an email from VDL indicating that they have qualified for the tournament. If a team is unable to attend, the next highest seeded team will take their place.
When: May 30, 2009
Time: 11am – 4pm
Where: David Thompson Secondary School
How much: The team entry fee is $60.00 per team. A portion of the proceeds will go towards the Easter Seals Run.
Remember, just because your team may not have qualified for the tournament does not mean you have to stay home and wait to read about it on the website. Come out and support your own division and watch some very entertaining dodgeball action.
