VDL at the Olympics
..and folks, there we have it.
Team Canada finished the last day of the Vancouver Olympic Games with a dramatic finish on the ice – a victory against Team USA! Horray! Plus, we set a Winter Games record with 14 golds!
GO-LD CANADA GO-LD!

VDL had a blast participating in all the Olympic festivities that was roaming around our hometown. We lined up for hours to get a glimpse of the Olympic medals, bought Olympic gear (yay, red mittens!), collected Coca Cola bottles, drank a few beers, watched a few concerts, took several pictures with the torch and the cauldron, and bumped into a lot of VDL players! The Olympics did us good.
Now that the Olympic fever is coming down a bit, we want your Dodgeball fever to start! Please remember, starting this week, we will be hosting both Dodgeball 101 nights and Vet’s night.
If you haven’t already done so, please remember to sign up before you show up to either night. For more information regarding Season 9, please click here.

As chief Vancouver organizer John Furlong said,
“I believe Canadians tonight are stronger, more united, more in love with our country and more connected to each other than ever before. These games have lifted us up.”
We couldn’t agree more. Lets take this Olympic energy and transfer this over to VDL’s Season 9 Dodgeball and make this the most memorable and exciting season ever!
See you all real soon!
