Who: Anyone over 18!
When:
– Monday Night League; Starting Sept 15, 7:00-8:30PM or 8:30-10:00PM
– Tuesday Night League; Starting Sept 16, 7:00-8:30PM or 8:30-10:00PM
– Wednesday Night Rec League; Starting Sept 17, 7:00-8:30PM or 8:30-10:00PM
– Thursday Night League; Starting Sept 18 , 7:00-8:30PM or 8:30-10:00PM
*Please note, teams in all divisions can expect to play in both the 7:00pm slot and the 8:30pm slot throughout the season. A team’s game time slot will vary on any given week depending on their current tier and gym availability.

League Details:
– The season consists of 10 weeks of regular play, 1 exhibition week and 1 playoff week
– Each team will play 3 different team and 15 games per night
– Teams are co-ed. You’ll need at minimum, 2 girls per night on your team.
The New Tiering System:
This will allow teams of similar skill level to play each other from week to week. There will be up to four tiers: A, B, C, and D (depending on how many teams sign up for each night). Teams will have several opportunities throughout the season to move up or down a tier, based on their record.
When you sign up, VDL will assign you to a tier based on your team’s previous season’s record. If you are a brand new team, you will most likely be placed in the bottom tier unless you request otherwise.
Registration Fees
August 27th-September 2nd: Early Bird Special – $450/team
September 3rd – September 8th: Regular Price – $500/team
