Love to play dodgeball? Want to have a positive impact on your community? Eager to learn new skills and hone your strengths in a friendly team environment? If so, we’re currently seeking to fill five positions: League Coordinator, IT Coordinator, MarCom Graphics Designer, and MarCom Photographer. We encourage all qualified and interested individuals to apply.

Our volunteers enjoy a wide range of awesome perks including:

  • Get to know other cool execs and people in the community
  • Lots of fun team building activities
  • Work on community projects (Pub Night, tournaments, community service initiatives, etc.)
  • Strengthen your leadership, professional, and organizational skills
  • Free league play, swag, and food

The League Operations department is VDL’s largest department and is primarily responsible for creating a fun and spirited atmosphere for dodgeball at our gyms. League Coordinators are essential for running league nights and, ultimately, making VDL work. They are the public face of VDL and, therefore, have a crucial role in representing the organization, setting positive spirit, and communicating our community values.

League Ops is currently looking for people who are spirited and can represent the values of VDL. League Coordinator duties include bringing supplies to your assigned night, ensuring games are run smoothly, collecting score sheets and spirit scores, and mingling and building a rapport with players. If you have time management and public speaking skills OR if you would like to improve on these skills, please apply now!
